Thoughtfully combining therapeutic massage, Neuroenergetic Kinesiology and Crystal Light Therapy, this nurturing experience allows you to dedicate time entirely to yourself. 🌿 **60 Minutes | Therapeutic Massage** Your journey begins with 60 minutes of hands-on massage, helping to ease muscular tension, encourage relaxation and prepare you for the next stage of your experience. 🌿 **60 Minutes | Neuroenergetic Kinesiology** We then move into a personalised kinesiology session, exploring emotional stress patterns, personal challenges and areas of your life where you may be seeking greater balance. This is your opportunity to reconnect with yourself and explore what may be contributing to feelings of stress or overwhelm. 🌿 **30 Minutes | Crystal Light Bed Experience** Complete your journey beneath the gentle glow of illuminated Vogel crystals and soothing coloured light. Thirty minutes of uninterrupted rest, allowing you time to relax, reflect and integrate your experience. There's nothing to achieve, nothing to think about and nowhere else you need to be. **Because you are not separate parts.** You are one whole person. And sometimes the most nurturing thing we can do is simply slow down... and reset. **Please note:** The Mindful Signature Reset is exclusively available to returning clients who have previously experienced Kinesiology or Kinesi-Massage with me.
