Thank you for supporting Mindful Jewellery & Mindful Kinesiology. All pieces are handmade with care, and we aim to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy below.
1. Processing Times
Because our jewellery and diffuser products are handmade and often customised:

Ready-made items: Ship within 2–4 business days

Custom orders: Ship within 5–10 business days, depending on selection. You will be notified if it will be longer.

Mala necklaces & detailed macramé pieces: May take 7–14 business days
You will be notified when your order has been shipped.
(Permanent jewellery services are in-person only and not shipped.)
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Options may include:

Standard Shipping (Australia Post): Estimated 3–8 business days

Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post delays, public holidays, or regional locations.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
4. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Orders sent to an incorrect address cannot be refunded.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage will be required to resend it.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels that are:

Delayed by Australia Post

Marked as “delivered” but not received

Lost due to incorrect addresses

Stolen after delivery
We will help you lodge an enquiry with the carrier, but refunds are not guaranteed unless the postal service compensates.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Australia.
7. Packaging
All items are packaged with care to protect crystals, jewellery, and delicate pieces.
Eco-friendly packaging is used wherever possible.
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include clear photos and your order number
We will assess the issue according to Australian Consumer Law and determine the appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, or refund if applicable).
9. Local Pick Up
Local pickup is available by appointment. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
