Welcome to Mindful Jewellery & Mindful Kinesiology. By using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a product, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

This website provides information, products, and services including handmade jewellery, permanent jewellery, custom orders, and kinesiology sessions. By accessing or using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.

2. Handmade & Permanent Jewellery

  • All jewellery pieces are handmade, meaning slight variations in colour, shape, and size may occur.

  • Permanent jewellery is welded onto the client and must be removed by cutting if needed.

  • You are responsible for caring for your item once applied or purchased.

  • We do not offer refunds if a piece breaks due to normal wear and tear.

  • If a welding point breaks, we offer complimentary re-weld 

3. Custom Orders​​

  • You will be contacted after your purchase to discuss crystal choices, charms, sizing, or any preferences.

  • Processing times may vary depending on materials and design.

4. Kinesiology Services

  • Kinesiology is a complementary, holistic modality and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

  • By booking a session, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and take responsibility for your wellbeing.

  • Any information shared during sessions is kept confidential.

5. Appointment Policy

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before your session.

  • No-show appointments incur a 50% fee of the session price.

  • Repeated no-shows may affect future bookings.

6. Payment & Pricing

  • Pricing for products and services is listed in AUD and may change without notice.

  • Payment is required at checkout or at the time of booking.

  • We use secure third-party payment processors (Square, Shopify, etc.).

  • We do not store full payment details.

7. Shipping & Delivery (for jewellery orders)

  • Processing times vary depending on whether items are ready-made or custom.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.

  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because items are handmade:

  • No refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • Custom-made items and permanent jewellery services are non-refundable.

9. Website Content

All content (images, text, products, branding, logos) on this website is owned by Mindful Jewellery & Mindful Kinesiology and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer

While crystals, aromatherapy, and energetic tools are often used for emotional and spiritual wellbeing, no product or modality on this website claims to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
